Introduction

Purpose of This Agreement

By accessing the iw003 platform, opening an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions in full and that you agree to them. This agreement forms a binding arrangement between iw003 and the user. If you do not yet understand these terms and conditions, please contact our support team before continuing to use the platform.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any update is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Section 1 — Eligibility Requirements

1.1

Age Restriction

iw003 services are available to players aged 21 and above only. No account will be opened for anyone under 21, and if underage use is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

1.2

One Account Per Person

Each user may open one account only. If a single person is found to hold more than one account, the additional accounts will be closed and any duplicate bonuses and corresponding balances may be voided.

1.3

Accuracy of Information

All information provided when opening an account must be accurate and complete. iw003 reserves the right to restrict accounts that contain incorrect information, and may request an original ID or appropriate identity documentation at the time of verification.

Section 2 — Account Management

2.1

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure and must not share them with any third party. iw003 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

2.2

Account Suspension

iw003 may temporarily suspend an account while investigating potential policy violations. During a suspension, all deposits and withdrawals will be paused, and you will be notified of the outcome once the investigation is complete.

2.3

Account Closure

You can request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed. If this policy is violated, iw003 may terminate the account without requesting an explanation.

Section 3 — Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1

Payment Methods

Payment methods accepted at iw003 are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. When depositing, you must use only a phone number or bank account registered in your own name. If a deposit is made using a third party's funds, the amount will be returned and the account may be reviewed.

3.2

Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amount

Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks (for all methods)
Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks
Withdrawal processing time — completed within 10 to 45 minutes from the time of request

3.3

Withdrawal Verification

iw003 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing a withdrawal. Please be aware that withdrawals will only be processed after verification is complete. Complaints about delays during the verification period are not appropriate.

3.4

Financial Restrictions

iw003 may retain deposit and withdrawal transaction records for an extended period. If suspicious financial activity is detected, iw003 may, at its own discretion, return funds and close the account.

Section 4 — Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1

Welcome Bonus

iw003 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. After receiving the bonus, you must wager 10x the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. You must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks before you can withdraw funds from that bonus.

4.2

Bonus Eligibility Conditions

You cannot claim two bonuses at the same time while one bonus is still active
Wagering requirements must be completed within 7 days from the time the bonus is claimed
Bonus wagering progress will only be counted on games designated by iw003
If the bonus validity period expires, any remaining bonus amount will be forfeited

4.3

Bonus Violations

If it is found that a player has opened more than one account to claim bonuses, manipulated betting patterns to exploit bonuses (Bonus Abuse), or simulated activity through shared IP addresses or devices, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

Section 5 — VIP Tier Program

5.1

VIP Tiers and Cashback

iw003's VIP program has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. You can advance to a higher tier based on your activity level and wagering volume.

Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Any unused cashback remaining after the cashback period ends cannot be carried over to the following week and will be considered expired.

5.2

Refer a Friend Program

When you refer a friend and that friend makes their first deposit, you will receive 10% of that deposit as bonus funds (up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks per person). In addition, you will receive 0.3% of your referred friend's qualifying wagering volume as weekly commission.

Bonus funds earned through this program are also subject to wagering requirements in accordance with the bonus policy.

Section 6 — Fair Play Policy

6.1

Prohibited Playing Practices

The following playing practices are strictly prohibited at iw003 —

Using software (bots, scripts, automated tools) to play
Attempting to exploit bonuses for profit (Bonus Abuse)
Colluding with another player to manipulate game outcomes for profit (Collusion)
Bypassing restricted country access controls to enter the site
Making deposits or withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering

If any of the above is detected, winnings will be forfeited and the account will be closed. You are hereby warned in advance.

6.2

SSL Security and Privacy Protection

The iw003 platform is protected by SSL encryption. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties, and will be stored in accordance with our privacy policy.

Section 7 — Copyright and Limitation of Liability

7.1

Copyright Protection

All designs, software, code, graphics, logos and content records on the iw003 platform are the sole property of iw003. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7.2

Limitation of Liability

iw003 is not responsible for any indirect damages arising from player losses, consequential losses, or transmission issues. If a game is interrupted due to a server problem and the result cannot be recovered, it will be handled in a reasonable manner.

7.3

Third-Party Software

The iw003 platform may include games from third-party game providers. iw003 will work together with those providers to address any technical issues related to their games, but cannot take full responsibility for faults that originate on the provider's side.
